Well, praps it is worth noting for our friends across the pond that he was born an Englishman. He will always be my Oscar MC. And all he gave by putting himself in harm's way all those years of USO benefits just to cheer young men and women about to die in battle is more of a tribute to the man than all the show-biz memories in happier times. He was a good and decent human being...you can't say much more than that. Thanks for the memories....
