"All people that on earth do dwell,
Sing to the Lord with cheerful voice.
Him serve with mirth, His praise forth tell;
Come ye before Him and rejoice."
From a Lutheran one:
"All People that on Earth Do Dwell"
That's not to say that some hymnals haven't changed words, of course. There IS a hymn that starts out, "All creatures of our God and king", and of course, "All creatures great and small".
