I think the thing marked "Doxology" in the Catholic missal (not with me at the moment) is the part at the end of the Eucharistic Prayer:
Through him, with him, in him,
In the unity of the Holy Spirit,
All glory and honour is yours almighty Father,
Forever and ever.
Followed hot on the heels by the Great Amen (not to be confused with the Mediocre Amen).
