There was a word new to me in the definition:"frequentative".
frequentative
adj.
5L frequentativus < frequentare, to frequent6 Gram. expressing frequent and repeated action
n.
Gram. a frequentative verb !“sparkle” is a frequentative of “spark”"
Reminds me of a ribald tale available by PM.
Sounds like a linguistic term.
Linguistic term/example:
'rogito: frequentative form of rogo (1), "I ask for;" thus "I keep asking for" '
