The reasons listed for banning this vile substance appear to have missed out piscine copulation and defecation, both of which are supported by the chemical.
Mind you, it is made reasonably innocuous by the addition of simple chemicals such as carbonic dioxide, citric acid in solid form and some ethyl distillations
