Off-limits

The designation for any vehicle, conveyance, place, structure, building, or area which service members are prohibited to use, ride, visit, or enter during the period of the off-limits declaration until existent conditions which
adversely affect the health, safety, and welfare of Service personnel are eliminated or corrected.
