Dunno. Depends on how many people are measuring velocity rather than distance travelled, I suppose.

Ast = branch, Astloch = knothole, Astlochgucker = knothole or keyhole peeper.

So is an astlochgucker one of those trembling elderly people peeking out at the world in a miniaturized kind of atrophied tunnel vision? I knew someone like that. Pitiful. Truly pitiful. Just didn't have a term for her. But astlochgucker is perfect if I understand you correctly.
