Like ceramic ducks on the wall.
Interesting, Dr Bill, to see you exploring the ideogram as a three-dimensional, verbivocovisual object. Will you now turn your attention to musique concrète?
Stravinsky, in his youth,
Had a moment of truth.
"Musique concrète?"
He said, "C'est une bête!"
OP Dear dxb: I disclaim any talent for poetry. But I enjoy challenge of making a reply to
Today's word, no matter how absurd. I even went back and prettied it up a bit.

Ode to a Mother Lode
My darling has a heart of gold,
Her eyes like agates to behold;
Complexion pale as new cement,
Her lips like rubies: heaven-sent.
'Though jealous ones would start some "talk,"
(Her love for me is like a rock)
In vein with gossip to malign;
Yet I am hers and she is Mine.
That's my idea of "concrete poetry"!
OP Dear CB: you make it clear that you are "set" in your ways.
CB, are you from Portland?
formerly known as etaoin...
Wouldn't that be Bill?
