There is a four letter word that anagrams to six different common words in English:
And it's possible to make a sentence (actually more like a Variety headline, but still a sentence) using all six words, and only those six words, using the following scenario:
There was a huge competition to determine the best commercial ever made, and the ads of two companies, a cereal company and a ceramics manufacturer, were picked as the two finalists. Shortly after receiving word that its ad had won the contest, the cereal company decided to retire its ad.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to find other anagrams and similarly weave them into a sentence, posting with it whatever set-up is needed to make the sentence sensible.

A litigant sought to convert his cause of action against his Internet service provider into a class action by inducing other subscribers to join him in it. To accomplish this, he pretended to be a dozen different people sending e-mail messages to the others, so as to create the impression that there was already a group prepared to pursue the litigation. When the case was in pre-trial motions, the judge discovered that the plaintiff had used this sneaky trick and penalized the plaintiff for being underhanded. The next morning's paper reported the ruling: "Suer Sure Rues User Ruse."

A rare and precious ancient Ogham stone was put on public display in Cardiff last year. It had become the focus of furious public debate about the patterns of conquest, settlement and language in Welsh history. The most fiercely contested claims were made by a group of Serbians who advanced the argument that Welsh actually derived from the tongue spoken by Prince Vlastimir’s early ancestors. When interviewed about the exhibition, the exhibition’s curator was asked “Aren’t you worried about the threats to kidnap this wonderful artefact published yesterday by the Sons of Nikola?” “No,” said the curator – “look, they’re just a bunch of over-excitable Serbs, and we have sophisticated electromagnetic anchors holding the stone in place, as well as a guard standing over it at all times.”
But Meibion Hnkojian were resourceful as only fanatics tend to be. They researched the guards’ backgrounds and found that one was fond of nipping out to the pub for a swift drink and a joke just before closing time. So they waylaid him one night, plied him with drinks and told him endless series of funny stories, as he shamefacedly admitted later, about why ducks crossed the road, why blond ducks were stupid, and why you should never go out with a duck on one shoulder. The stories apparently seemed so hilarious at the time that he lost sight of the fact that his post was deserted for almost three hours. It was during this interlude that the Serbs crept into the museum, disabled the electromagnets by discharging their current, and spirited the stone way into the starry night.
It has still not been recovered. The Western Mail went w-i-d-e with a headline the next day:

Hey. When you're frogwash master (for frogwash is the correct term because the letters all leap about like frogs) you can apply the rules!
Though the first three examples all had nothing other than anagrams in them, the rules state only to weave the anagrammed words into a sentence; there is no rule that all of the words have to be anagrams. So removing the s from "lets a" would still leave a sentence with EIGHT anagrams of the same set of letters. I predict that no one will be able to top that one.
