Despite its parochialism and timid commentary, I do quite like the paper. I remember during the World Cup there was a picture of a national player on the bench relieving himself which made the rounds - maybe he should have sued, ...but then again he earns a bit more than an Aussie Rules player. Isn't Hasleby being a bit of a dag about the whole thing. The average AFL supporter would probably leap at the chance to have his john-thomas in the paper.
