I am just writing this to see if I can make a new post. I am entirely alone. With no one online , no new posts - no activity. It is like a graveyard. Why is it so quiet? I wonder if the server is down everywhere else and only I can access it.
Things are not quite all right with the server are they? Maybe we can help Anu with writing the problems we are experiencing. (or imagining?)
Edit: The post registered but it is still deathly quiet. That is it! I'm out of here.
Well, it is lonely here! Seems I am the only one here according to the Who's Online ... and it's 11:30-ish in New England ... onlyest thing I can think of is that we have one more nice day - today- before the Hot and Humid comes in tomorrow and stays for a few days .. so everybody must be out and about getting "stuff" done! And south of us. in Kaintuck, for instance, they're already deep in the Hot Humid! Ahhh, well! At least I can check on what was posted yesterday afternoon/evening! Could be worse! (Sigh)
Hey, mav!...you're supposed to be on holiday! Where did you come from?...a voice from the wilderness............ Another testament to our present discombobulation?
yay, I studied hard and partied harder, wrote a sonnet in an hour to win a bet, and now am back to catch up on the *much better conversation around here
Hi, guys, it's great to be back. Well, Shakespearean of course! I won a bottle of whisky. OK, i'll post it tomorrow - haven't got it here at the mo, and I don't have enough brain cells left to remember every word, after all the whisky It's a skit on sonnet 18, dedicated to the course I was on.
how embarrassing. i guess that's what happens when you go away for awhile and return to over 1000 new posts... some of the best ones slip through the cracks.
