There was a Mr. Spooner, back in the 1800's, who talked like this, but I don't know much beyond that.

Spooner sure was a grand old fixture (too bad I didn't get to study under him; I'd never have clissed mass).
Apochrophal maybe, but I like his "our queer old dean (originally "our dear old queen")."
