When I heard it I thought 'we should use that word'. Its so much better than, * OMG! that little puppy is so cute, look at him, I just want to squeeze him and cuddle him tight* and what about the time your elderly aunt/grandmother comes to visit. Does she pinch your cheeks and say how cute your dimples are? So now this is the word to describe that action.
