Greetings,
I am so glad to have found this place, I've been looking for a forum where people discuss words and have a sense of humor, and I think I may have found it.
I've been working on a blog where I take common everyday phrases and then clobber them over the head with a thesaurus resulting in very awkward ways of saying things. For example, AT&T's tagline "Reach out and touch someone" becomes "Prolongate and osculate a third party."
So for a couple of weeks I've been looking for a forum to join where a.) the people might enjoy such a blog, and b.) I can rub elbows with true word-smithing geniuses which will hopefully spawn some ideas for new material. I look forward to getting to know you all.
