The same typ of ridges are formed at sandy beaches. They come and go with the tides. (beach of Renesse)

it's in the background and nothing to do with the furrows in foreground?

These are sand ripples, (I don't know if there's another name for them), unrelated to drumlins.
The ripples are shaped by wind, found anywhere there's lots of sand - not always by water.
Drumlins are found where once were glaciers. Only coincidentally by a sandy place &/or a body of water.
The AWAD pic was a bit confusing.
(It scares me that glaciers are melting so quickly now.)
