This is one of those words (like Skidadle) that I remember as a part of growing up. My father used these words and I assumed he invented them!
I think it almost qualifies as an onemonepia.
It makes an old man feel young (for a moment) to be reminded of childhood in this way.

Well, then. Discomboobulate must is the SWE form. All other versions are inferior substitutes;
