In Acrostic poems, the first letters of each line are aligned vertically to form a word. The word often is the subject of the poem.
In this game, an acrostic poem is formed. The next player selects a word from the poem and crafts the next acrostic poem. Easy peasy.  sleeping limbs unfettered mind blurring empty reality
