An idle passing thought, engendered by "past" and "and a pest" in the restimulative thread.

The next association is "anapest."

But anapest is a dactyl.

Iamb is a trochee. So is dactyl, for that matter.

And so it goes...

Couldn't the Greeks have been more self-consistent?

"Heterological," which I believe is the Official Definition of the concept.

Does that make Heterological an implied oxymoron?
