I am looking for an English translation of the winning essay in the international essay contest in Weimar, Germany. Its title "Dictionary of Winds" (and a short excerpt which appeared in the New York Times) is the only glimpse I have of this 49-page essay. It is in Russian, a language I am completely unfamiliar with. Is there somebody out there who has heard of this essay?
I am intrigued and very obssessed.
