Hi!
‘s been a while – busy, busy, busy: summer and racing season over; winter and study season begun. Tempus fugit, and boy’re ‘s arms – nah, never mind.
For some reason contractions have been on my mind lately. For example:
Where’re they?
They’re there, where they’re.
Askn’t what your language can do for you.
As have apostrophes:
H’w ‘re y’u?
‘’m f’ne.

Interesting that you end with "Ave!" Perhaps the expression is making a comeback, but I assure all that Dg doesn't mean "avenue"
