One of the very few attractive things about the classrooms
in my grade school were some very inexpensive but well chosen
monochrome prints by famous artists. I still remember them.
One was the Millet "Angelus" the farmer and his wife
stopping their work in huge garden, to pray,
in response to bells of
cathedral in the distance.
