To my amazement, we uncovered several different versions of this over on the Poetry Archives eMule Phorum last year...I was sure there could only be one. But this is the version I remember using:

The worms crawl in,
The worms crawl out,
The worms crawl in
'Til you're inside out!

Little green bugs
That look like flies
Go in your mouth
And out your eyes!
And Tami* forgot her spoon!

*insert any name here (usually the moment's target, but everybody
got a turn).
