OP Realestate salesmen can be quite clever in avoiding charges of false advertising. I wouldn't be surprised to see an ad for a Chick Sale mansion. Chick Sale being a long ago comedian who had a monopoly on jokes about the little house behind the big house. (There's another old-time euphemism).
The byproducts were removed by a "honey wagon". That's one more.
In WWII in martial arts training, the male gonads were chastely referred to as "the family jewels."
