before times square was all gussied up, and turned into a suburban shopping mall, i had any number of theaters. as it was undergoing a change from honky tonk, and urban grit,(with a good deal of sex and violence added to them mix).. the theaters where closed..

to make the street seem less abandoned, people were encouraged to send in urban haiku's.
these were put up on the marques..
