The author has come up with a description which is far less intuitive and far more clever than that. I think you will enjoy the wit if not the wisdom. P.S. Can we agree that the "dot com era" is more "air" than "era" ... ubiquitous, invisible, protean, oft-times tempestuous, infrequently gentle and never still. And, yes, "blovian" too, in the same sense that all life forms are "blovian" (except those which are extinct).
