OP Gluttony implies quantity, and my pleasure comes from quality. I posed the question after watching our daughter make delicious meat balls from ground beef, bread crumbs and lots of parmesan cheese. Good Jews will not mix meat and milk, so you won't find her recipe in a Kosher cookbook. My Hindu women friends don't eat beef, but I think their husbands get the pleasure I am talking about when they are tucking into a nice juicy steak.
