OP Well, we haven't had a whole lot of interest in this round, but here are the definitions*. This week I think I really will cut off the voting by Friday the 2nd.--at the latest.
A. cacomistle - a dung beetle
B. A small carnivorous raccoonlike mammal of Central America, having a black-banded tail.
C. A bag of excrement left on a doorstep prior to ringing a doorbell and disappearing from sight around the hedge.
D. the muffled sound of a crowd of people talking in a thick fog
E. The white fuzz sometimes found growing on the undersides of the leaves of certain species of maple.
F. A poor sermon, or other speech of advisement, or such a sermon delivered poorly, so as to be hard on the ear of the listener.
*I have made a couple of changes, one being deleting the part of speech. Some definitions had it and some did not, and I did not want to give any unnecessary hints. Figured it'd be less egregious to simply delete something than add something.
