Not sure how archeology could have anything meaningful to say about it. As for theology I'm not sure I'd trust that either; too many axes to grind.


I think you are probably right, too many Mary's to deal with, too common a name. Archaeology is not
reliable either when dealing with it, as there are no records other than scripture. I guess I was
simply commenting on the explanation for the word of the day.
