I'll summarize. On wikipedia (and most other wikis), you can login and edit the wiki as myridon or tsuwm or whatever and be totally anonymous. To edit citizendium, you have to login with a real name and submit a bio. Then, when you submit an article on healthcare, people can go to:
http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/User:Dale_L._Hileman
and say: "Hey, this guy doesn't know anymore about healthcare than my grandmother's dog. This article has no authority behind it."
