This raises thoughts of two possibilities in my mind:
the names of the signatories are actually proof that these characters are still alive (or, in cases such as Donald Duck, have come to life a la Roger Rabbit) and are taking a full and active part in corporate affairs;
Wouldn't the corporations named be run so vey much better if the characters named really were the CEO's?
