Loc: Poland/Warsaw Well, it is easier for me to express thoughts in my native
language (Polish), but I think EVERYONE should know English, at least as much so they can understand written word. You just cannot function in Internet without it, and in Internet lies the Future of Mankind. SOME kind of common communication device had to be chosen, because computer translations are still unusable.
Things I do not like - almost every Polish band I like
sings in English. I understand that they hope to gain international popularity, but I am unable to really *feel* poetry written in foreign languages. Maybe it will change with time, as my English skills will improve.
What do You think ?

Very true! It is very difficult, indeed, to feel the beauty of a language which is not your mother tongue. But it is fun to try and feel how your capability to "feel" increases with increasing fluency.
