tsuwm Carpal Tunnel Registered: 04/03/00 Posts: 10464 Loc: this too shall pass	if you're thinking of false praise, there are lots to choose from; e.g., flattery, bootlicking, fawning, fulsomeness, ingratiation, jive, mush, obsequiousness, palaver, puffery, servility, sycophancy, toadyism, truckling, unctuousness, cajolery, flummery, hokum there are several shades of flatterers therein - you should be able to find one to suit your purpose.
