At a lovely restaurant in Palm Beach recently I was seated near a man had not removed his hat. After I mentioned it to our waiter, the proprietor approached the man. Rather than comply, the couple left. Imagine! But it was a good thing as there was a long queue waiting to be seated. Where I come from the adage "there is no substitute for good manners" still applies.

On Fox news.
