I have encountered the phrase 'locative piece' in discussions of digital art forms. I am familiar with the grammatical locative case, but what does ~ mean in the former context?

'esoteric martial artistry' This 'God ure helpe, Amen'. It is the ongowing way of 'Art is everything and everything is Art'. The link is result from clicking one link from the Wiki page Locative Art. (sorry did not know it was going to end up in ZN)
