For instance, in my 76 years I don't believe I've ever heard it in everyday conversation, as "They had varied reactions to his suggestion." DavidSteiner stranger Registered: 05/01/06 Posts: 2 Loc: Colorado	I am so glad to find that I'm not alone in getting lost in my Random House unabridged. It happens nearly every time and often I become so distracted I can't remember what I was looking for in the first place. It's really embarrassing.
