Sometimes, when I wake up too soon, I get song's chorus playing repeatedly in my head... it lasts for a while before it goes away.

I was told there's a term for that phenomenon...

Anyone knows what I mean?

Yes, this is one that has cropped up a number of times Look here

The word is a literal translation of the German word 'Ohrwurm', which actually means 'earwig' but I guess no one wanted to call it that. Other options in English are 'catchy tune' or 'ear candy'.

That's quite specific. I think you can create your own. :-)

This type of question always starts Laurie Anderson talk/singing in my head:
"What Fassbinder film is it?
The one-armed man walks into a flower shop and says:
What flower expresses:
Days go by
And they just keep going by
Endlessly pulling you into the future
Days go by
Endlessly
Endlessly pulling you
Into the future
And the florist says:
White lily."
