Not being sufficiently hip, I can't make heads nor tails out of this. A quick Googling seems to indicate that to "bust" means to do or initiate, while a "move" is an action or performance, but beyond this further elucidation is gratefully welcomed--Thanks guys

Yeah that tune won a Grammy; I think it was the first, or at least one of the first to ever be won in the Best Rap category that was created in the 90s to fit the rise in spoken word pop. Still a great record.

It was the second to win Best Rap Performance for Young MC in 1989. The first in 1988's was DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince's "Parents Just Don't Understand."
