Does anyone know the relationship between "lipo" (from lipogram) meaning without and "lipos" for fat? Both are apparently Greek.

Thanks

Two different words: to lipos 'animal fat' and lipogrammatos 'lacking a letter' from leipo 'to leave, quit; drop something'.
