Loc: this too shall pass I've not had a moment to think on this until now, but two things come to mind immediately:
1) guessing the meaning of a word based on its sound is the first approach tried by many a hogwash® player -- and leads directly to the armil effect®.
b) sarculate (nothing to do with circulate) discussed here quite recently

Loc: lower upstate New York Meanwhile, slightly off-theme:
1) Today's wwftd: iridology
-logies are a dime a dozen; but I will add one
now and again when I find one in actual use.
b) Today's WAD: tribology

Loc: this too shall pass the posting of iridology and tribology by these rival organizations is entirely coincidental!
- joe (nothing new under this sun either) friday
edit - and so, ASp, as today's entry at rogueclassicism points out, iridology is not the study of rainbows.
Robin: Great concurring coincidences, Batman!
