Rules for Playing English Squabble-Readme
There are two different playing method that we can use. However general rules applied on both are the banned words.
Words banned from being used: 1. Any kind of abbreviation and acronym 2. Any kind of proper nouns (street names, person name, bridge name, month name) 3. Direct suffixed word is not allowed. You cannot suffix a deal an "ed" nor "s", change it to make a deals nor dealed. but you can rearrange the letters and make a leaded, or leads.
Strategy Version ================
Objectives: At your convenience, create new word from existing word by adding one letter and rearrange the letters. (example two players, ax and tony)
ax: p /ax start with an p tony: pi /tony add one letter i to p to make a new word pi, if he couldn't make a word, he's allowed to punch out any letter he wants. ax: tip / ax add t and rearrange the letters into tip tony: spit / tony add s and rearrage the letters into spit ax: pints tony: paints /tony won the round since he expanded the longest word from the letters.
Advanced Version =================
Objective: At your convenience, create new word from existing word by adding max letter equivalent to the size of the word being played. (example two players, ax and liz)
ax: h /ax start with an p liz: he /liz add one max one letter ( e ) to h to make a new word "he", if she couldn't make a word, she's allowed to punch out any one letter she wants. ax: they / ax add max (2) equivalent to the size of word (he = 2), t and rearrange the letters into they, he can at any time play another word like "the", or "hey" wherein he add only one letter. liz: earthly / liz add add 3 letters (a, r, l) out of max 4 allowed (they = 4) and rearrange the letters into "earthly" ax: heartily ax add 1 letter ( i ) out of max 7 allowed (earthly = 7) and rearrange the lettters into "heartily", ax also won the game by expanding the the longest words from the letters. edit Ammendments: 1. QU Shall be played as a single letter instead of Q since english word is always used with U.
2. When you can not add one letter to make maeaningful word. Just add any letter to elongate so that next player can make meaningful word, case in point, letter C.
