As much as would like to accept the scoring of Rhuby's vote, as it would make me the undisputed winner, he didn't vote for my k but for TEd's D.

Proof that the Cosmos is a sick bastard with an evil sense of humour: I get one right when I hadn't submitted a definition. My existence remains, as always, utterly pointless.

Ahem. I say. Ahem.

I do believe a recount is in order, specifically relating to Rhuby's vote.

Now, President Gore, what's the first thing you are going to do after you take office. Demand a recount.

At least that means that you are in the same boat as the most of us, max!
So - shift over and start pulling on that oar!

>it would make me the undisputed winner

according to which now used scoring system would that be? as I recall these...

by the original hogwash® rulz (1 pt. for vote, 2 pts for correct guess [player only], I have the score:
ASp 3, tsuwm 3, Faldage 2, shanks 2, etc. :: another point for Faldage making for a 3-way tie

by modified hogwash rulz (2pts for player vote else 1pt, 2pts for correct guess [player only]:
ASp 5, tsuwm 5, Faldage 2, shanks 2, etc. :: another vote from a player gives Faldage 4

by the Dictionary Game® rulz (one pt. for any score, players only), the score would be:
ASp 2, tsuwm 2, Faldage 1, shanks 1, etc. :: again, another point makes a 3-way tie

NOTE: this illustrates nicely one reason why I gave up scoring this game

I think, if I disremember incorrectly, that the only 3-point play was a stump by the hogmaster (which in the events was extremely rare).
