Once upon a time, in a galaxy remarkably near this one, a wonderful witch called Jo compiled some useful information. A lazy old troll stole her fine work and put it on the web. It vanished for a while, but now it's back, at least most of it, and at least for now: http://maxqnz.com/Hints.html
