After asking here, I went to a shopping mall and there
was no lack of college kids wearing t-shirts with
3:14 on them. Thanks and as for myself: duh!

Yes we do. Not many know of Pi day here.
I know it cos I am one of the idiots who every now and then tries to memorise a few more characters, dunno why just dunno.
