OP Excuse me for posting this, but I am trying to remember where I read recently a study that pretty much disproved that caffeinated drinks dehydrate the body harmfully. In the study, I read that the quantity of water that one needs daily can come from caffeinated drinks in which the caffeine only slightly affect dehydration. The article made it sound like another medical theory had been found to be incorrect.
If anyone remembers reading about this study and could either post here or PM me, I would appreciate it.
