Speaking of chutzpah, there used to be a game of inventing illustrations of words. There was one that started : The height of insolence: to piss through the keyhole on the front door, then ring the bell, and ask how far it went.
Another "Height of insolence" = an ant with rape on its mind running up an elephant's leg.
