I haven't been on this board very long, so I don't know if the subject has come up before, but does anyone remember John Ciardi's segment on NPR's Morning Edition; "A Word in Your Ear"? it was just a rambling discourse on some word or group of words, always entertaining. Don't know why they dropped it, but, of course, he died eventually, anyway. How I'd love to hear one of those again, just for old time's sake.
