No, I don't think so, Connie. What he's saying is everyone reads all three of these fora, so why not combine them? There'd be more threads "open" at the any one time in the megaforum, but there'd be less jumping back and forth from one forum to the other.
It's actually not a bad idea, IMNSHO.
Edit: As I posted the message I realized that I may have damned with faint praise. It's actually a good idea!

Yeahbut© sometimes one has only a limited amount of time and, if faced with a large number of new posts in one forum, one might not be able to complete the forum in the time available. It would require changing the whole board response to having read a forum from marking it as being read automatically to allowing the user to mark it as having been read. It's not like we have a bunch of jumping from one forum to another within a thread. I think it's a solution in search of a problem.
