It's a long story (and the context is as confusing as the message itself), but I am pretty sure I know who sent the message. It's not spam. If I could just solve one line of that passage, it could get the ball rolling. Yet, having said that, I am not completely sure there is a hidden message in that passage. It could just be an exercise in futility. Fun stuff! Anyway, thanks for the comments.
