a friend recently bought a tshirt with a frennch phrase on it. she hasnt worn it yet because she doesnt know what it says. the phrase is j'adore pansetre l'amour. 'pansetre' has me be confused. can anyone translate this into english for us? thank you

Is it made in China? Perhaps it's a typo or made-up French.

No results on French and Belgian Google pages, neither on francophone pages. There is a word pansette, but those are edible parts I would not recommend. Lots of recepes though. Yes, it may be a Chinais word.

Sorry latishya, 'j'adore pansetre l'amour' really makes not much sense. It says " I adore (mystery word) love".
Can't be that bad.

Pancetta , much better than pansette.

Latishya. I asked a francophone co-worker, and he agrees with me: pansetre doesn't mean anything (in French). He said it could be Quebecois, but I doubt it.
