OP I received almost ten thousand letters since I posted my essays on the Internet. Now I am publishing a book with the comments. I decided not to include names of the people who responded as how could you possible ask for over 1000 permissions? Also the responses came through email that often no longer valid in few years or through discussions.
The body of writing turns not that much about people but about subject and the responses fall in certain categories, like complimentary, satirical, critical, etc.
